What is the minimum order for custom production?
300 to 500 units per style and color for most products. Smaller test runs are sometimes possible depending on the style; ask us.
How long does production take?
45 to 60 days from sample approval for standard production. The full journey from first conversation to delivered goods typically runs 12 to 18 weeks.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. A tech pack speeds things up, but we regularly build them from sketches, reference garments, or even a Pinterest board.
Where is the clothing made?
Primarily in our two owned factories in India, with vetted partner facilities in Thailand, China, and Bangladesh for specialized categories.
